How psychologically safe is my team?
Formål

Better understand to which extent a team member feels psychologically safe.

Psychological safety is the belief that you won't be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes.

The questions in this survey are based on the work of organizational behavioral scientist Amy Edmondson who first described the concept of team psychological safety.

This survey is also available in Norwegian.
