How clearly do I understand our goals?
Formål

Goal clarity is the extent to which employees have a clear understanding of the high-level goals of the organization, the objectives of individual teams, and the individual development goals of team members.

Goal clarity answers the question: "What should we be focused on and when should we be focusing on it?"

Goal clarity is one of the three pillars of organizational clarity.

I understand which goals the initiatives I'm focused on are expected to impact
I understand how the initiatives I'm focused on are expected to impact associated goals
Alignment
